CAN YOU DO A CASH BAR FOR MY WEDDING OR EVENT?

Yes & No. In accordance with bylaw 18B-1002 of the North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Commission; "a permit may be issued to a unit of local government, or to a nonprofit organization or a political organization to serve wine, malt beverages, and spirituous liquor at a ticketed event held to allow the unit of local government or organization to raise funds". Therefore, it is unlawful to have a cash bar for event unless you are at a venue with a retail permit which permits sales of alcohol. 

Call Your Shot Bartending, LLC will never do a cash bar for a wedding or party, unless they fall under the approved organizations listed above.
